What fellow parents are saying…
Baby Settler is a company designed to fill the gap left by (so many!) healthcare providers and baby sleep experts.
Hey, I’m Hillary.
RN, MSN, IBCLC
As a labor & delivery nurse, feeding specialist, and a mom of four, I’ve become the go-to person for friends old and new as they navigate the journey into motherhood. It’s funny how I might not hear from someone for decades, and then suddenly, as they enter their third trimester, the calls start coming in. It’s a role I cherish—being that qualified, non-judgy friend in your corner.
My background is as medically grounded as it gets, with a sprinkle of “crunchy” for good measure. Despite the many letters by my name, I question everything. I’m committed to understanding the “why” behind what we do, ensuring I can trust and share only the most reliable, practical guidance.
I’m super type A—relentlessly pursuing the latest and best practices in baby and mom care. In our fast-evolving field, I believe it’s critical to stay updated, always pushing for better, more effective ways to support you and your baby.
But here’s the thing—I care deeply about your experience during this transformative time. Just as you protect and love your baby, I feel a strong responsibility towards each mom I help. You’re not just another client; you’re a mom, a partner, a friend who’s rewriting her story in one of life’s most intense chapters. Together, we’ll navigate this journey, ensuring you feel empowered, informed, and supported every step of the way.

Still scrolling? Maybe you’re wondering…
When should I book this package?
Ideally, during your third trimester to guarantee availability. Hillary only works with a few concierge clients at a time to ensure the highest level of care.
When does the package begin?
We begin the week your baby is born. If you delay starting, your baby must be no older than 4–6 weeks to enter the program, and all consults must be completed by 16 weeks of age.
Can I use this if I’m still pregnant?
Yes! You can begin with the optional prenatal consult to prepare for birth, early feeding, and the hospital experience. Then the full package activates when your baby arrives.
What if Hillary isn’t available?
You’ll work directly with Hillary Sadler for 90% of your consults. In rare cases, a trained RN/IBCLC team member may step in. Hillary oversees all care and remains your lead throughout.
What’s included in messaging support?
You’ll have access to Hillary and her clinical team via voice or text messages Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (delivered through a secure, non-HIPAA-compliant platform). You’ll get thoughtful replies within 24 hours—often much sooner.
What do the emergency virtual calls cover?
You get up to 3 same-day virtual calls for urgent issues—like mastitis, skipped feeds, sleep regressions, or any problem that can’t wait. These may be with Hillary or her clinical partner, but all care is coordinated and overseen by Hillary.
Is this covered by insurance?
No, this is a private-pay concierge package. However, we can provide documentation (superbills) for you to submit to your HSA/FSA or for possible out-of-network reimbursement (if you are lactating).
Is this just for first-time moms?
Not at all. Many second- or third-time moms join because they want a better, more supported experience. This is for any parent who wants expert, judgment-free care they can trust.
What if I need help after 12 weeks?
You’ll receive a custom Month 4–6 plan at your graduation consult, and you’ll have access to Baby Settler’s full digital guide library. Additional 1:1 consults can be scheduled as needed.
What’s not included?
This package does not include:
-
Overnight care (this is not a night nurse or doula service)
-
Weekend or 24/7 availability
-
In-home care beyond the scheduled consults
-
Medical services beyond the feeding/sleep/routine scope

I owe my confidence and success in feeding and sleep schedules to Hillary and the Baby Settler team. I cannot emphasize enough how many times I walked into their office feeling overwhelmed and confused, as a first time mother, and walked out feeling empowered, clearheaded, and confident in what my child needed for each stage of the first year of their life. Every time I followed their clear and simple methods and schedules, it worked beautifully. I have told every mom I know to follow Baby Settler and have even gifted Hillary’s book to new mom friends a few times. I will be grateful to this team for the rest of my life. They listen, they hear you, and they TRULY help! – Callie
These reels took off; did you catch them?
Bottom line? You deserve rest.
I’ll never forget the haze I lived in for months after my first was born—I can spot that look in a mom’s eyes from miles away. If that’s you, please hear me when I say: You can sleep all night, and so can your baby. Mom-to-mom, I value your energy, and I would never suggest you spend it on something I didn’t believe would be an absolute game-changer.
